I’m Kristi Nowrouzi, and I’ve spent over 24 years helping thousands of people navigate some of the most emotional and high-stakes decisions of their lives—buying or refinancing a home. I’ve been a regional leader in major networking organizations like BNI and G7 Networking, and I’ve held leadership roles with Toastmasters International, where I learned (and taught) the art and science of communication.

But here’s the truth: I learned many of my most valuable lessons the hard way—through misunderstandings, lost friendships, and strained relationships.
